The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS) distributes 5000 food parcels in Kirkuk province:
Within (Kuwait by your side campaign) and Under the direct supervision of the Civilian Crisis Management Cell of the Iraqi Prime Minister’s Office. The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS) distributes 5000 food parcels in Kirkuk province. Dr. Ahmed Al-Hity said that: “Within the frame work of (Kuwait by your side campaign) UIMS distributed 5000 food parcels for the returnees who come back to Kirkuk province”. He clarified that the campaign will continue for four days in Al-Hawija city and some villages such as Al-Helwa, Al-Thayla, Shemait, Al-Anadia, Al-Awn, and Ranji within Kirkuk province.
He also pointed out that each food parcel’s weight has 30 kilograms of various food items including rice, sugar, oil, lentils, chickpeas, tea, flour and others.
It is noteworthy that (Kuwait by your side campaign) provided 5000 food parcel through a few days ago in Al-Anbar province and provided great support during the last time of displaced families and returnees through the distribution of food aids and the building of schools, in addition to the medical assistance and rehabilitation of health centers.
