Under the supervision of the General Director of Al-Anbar Health Department Dr. Khudair Khalaf Shalal and in cooperation with Dr. Mohammad Tafash and a number of surgeons. The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS) carry out the circumcision of children campaign in Al-Rayyan Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) of the (UIMS) in Al-Habbaniyah district / Al-Anbar governorate for one day.
