On the International Day of Peace, the Earth Call project joined forces with renowned international musician Mr. Naseer Shamma for a special event. The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports – National Center for Voluntary Work, organized an impactful volunteer awareness campaign at the Abu Nawas Corniche in Baghdad.
The campaign featured a bicycle team from Baghdad, complemented by a cleaning initiative to beautify the Corniche. This month-long campaign will expand its reach to include participation from five prominent universities in Baghdad: Al-Nahrain University, Al-Turath University, Al-Farahidi University, Al-Nisour University, and Baghdad Science and Technology University. Together, they aim to highlight the importance of environmental preservation and community engagement.
