Iraqi Prime Minister receives representatives of civil society organizations

Mr. Muhammad Shi’a Al -Sudani, Prime Minister, received representatives of Iraqi civil society organizations with a consulting characteristic of the United Nations Economic and Social Council, where our organization (the unified Iraqi Medical Association for Relief and Development) represented by its President, Dr. Ahmed Mushrif Al -Heeti, among these organizations invited, and the Sudanese Mr. Al -Sudani indicated that The Iraqi government is interested in submitting the organizations from field reports, surveys and studies, and they are supportive of civil society organizations in order to play their role in achieving the goals of the government program. Al -Sudani also directed the ministries in cooperation with the organizations that bear the advisory capacity, calling on organizations to also contribute to the Iraq Climate Conference hosted by AL-Basra soon .
