Invitation to Bid 02-2017

The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief & Development, invites the scientific offices that provide medications & medical supplies to offer their biddings to provide the attached lists with the announcement about providing.

The offer of financial & technical offers begins on Monday 20/2/2017 to 3:00 PM on Monday 27/2/2017

Bidding Conditions

1. All prices should be offered by IQD.
2. Supplying process can be divided to more than one shipment upon the requester request.
3. In case of any calculative errors of prices numbers, the bidding should be excluded.
4. The bidding should be offered within a closed envelope signed by the provider, indicated the name & number of bidding.
5. The offer expiry should not be less than three weeks from the date of bidding had been offered.
6. The list of materials should be delivered according our request batch.
7. The approved amount should be paid to the provider according to lists which dialed before.
8. The provider should comply with the approved & written conditions & specifications in the offer, and in case that the provided materials is not identical with approved specifications they will be denied, And the provider should supply another material that identical with approved specifications & the provider will bear all the additional wages upon.
9. In case of contract breach by the provider, it will be resorted to the Iraqi courts, & will defray all the wages upon.

The closing date of this bidding will be at the end of the formal work time on Monday 27/2/2017 and the offers should be delivered within closed envelope signed by each provider & should be offered in the bidding box at the organization office at Baghdad – Al Mansour – 609/8/18.
