Invitation to Bid 03-2017

Bidding announcement No. 03 for 2017, The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief & Development invites the scientific offices that provide medical supplies to offer their biddings to provide the equipments mentioned in the attached lists with the announcement about providing.

The offer of financial & technical offers begins on Sunday 26/2/2017 to 3:00 PM on Sunday 5/3/2017

Bidding Conditions

1. All prices should be offered by USD.   
2. In case of any calculative errors of prices numbers, the bidding should be excluded.
3. The bidding should be offered within a closed envelope signed by the provider, indicated the name & number of bidding.
4. The offer expiry should not be less than three weeks since the date of bidding had been offered.
5. The list of materials should be delivered in one package to the center of our society to the address which mentioned down.
6. The approved amount should be paid to the provider according the contract with the provider after supplying all items.
7. The provider should comply with the approved & written conditions & specifications in the offer, And in case that the provided materials is not identical with approved specifications they will be denied, And the provider should provide another materials that identical with approved specifications & the provider should defray all the additional wages upon.
8. In case of contract breach by the provider, it will be resorted to the Iraqi courts, & will defray all the wages upon.

The closing date of this bidding will be at the end of the formal work time on Sunday 5/3/2017 and the offers should be delivered within closed envelope signed by each provider & should be offered in the bidding box at the organization office at Baghdad – Al Mansour – 609/8/18.
