Teaching Hospital as Part of “Their Heartbeats, Our Hope” Campaign

The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS) conducted an awareness activity at the Women and Children Teaching Hospital in Diwaniyah as part of the national “Their Heartbeats, Our Hope” campaign.

The activity highlighted the campaign’s objectives, the importance of optimal and sustainable use of neonatal incubators, and strengthening healthcare staff’s capacity to maximize the benefits of medical equipment for premature and newborn infants.

The activity also provided an opportunity to engage with hospital staff and better understand the needs and priorities related to neonatal care, supporting UIMS’s efforts to strengthen healthcare services for newborns and premature infants.
