Middle East Regional Conference on Localisation of Aid Conference Programme

The Middle East Regional Conference on The Settlement of Aid for the duration of July 29-30, 2019, concluded in Amman, Jordan. The conference was supported by the European Union and sponsored by the International Federation of the Red Cross, The International Red Crescent and the Swiss Foundation for Development. The conference done with international participation at the highest levels. Our organization had the honor of participating and was represented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Heeti, President of UIMS.

The 29-30 July sessions discussed the organizations’ action plan for 2019-2020, as well as understanding the capabilities and integration of the Humanitarian Action Partnership, funding and coordination solutions, and the participation of local organizations which working for women in humanitarian work and architecture. Experiences of some organizations were also reviewed
