UIMS starts Saladin water, sanitation and hygiene project

The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS) funded through Iraq Humanitarian Pooled Fund (IHPF) in coordination with service center in Saladin starts the project of OCHA-WASH that includes several activities in displaced people camps (Al-Mu’askarat-north of Tikrit) just like installing a group of latrines and showers, water tanks that will save wash water in the camps, distributing water gallons, and drinking water, also distributing hygiene kits, garbage bags with its Containers, in addition to cleaning and awareness campaigns about disease prevention by collecting garbage properly. An ascending working progress in the specific location for this project with full coordination with service center in Saladin governorate to finish this project in a perfect way as a service to our dear displaced people.
