Invitation to Bid (009-2016)
Bidding announcement No. 9 for 2016, The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief & Development invites the offices, electric devises shops, and furniture & kitchen supplies to offer their biddings to provide the attached lists with the announcement about providing cooking stove.
The offer of financial & technical offers begins on Thursday 27/10/2016 to 3:00 PM on Wednesday 2/11/2016
Bidding Conditions
- All prices should be offered by USD.
- In case of any calculative errors of prices numbers, the bidding should be excluded & the provider should be notified by a formal letter.
- The bidding should be offered within a closed envelope signed by the provider, indicated the name & number of bidding.
- The offer expiry should not be less than three weeks since the date of bidding had been offered.
- The list of materials should be delivered by one batch.
- The approved amount should be paid to the provider in two batches, the firs one 50% on signing the contract, the second one 50% after completing the providing of all the materials according to the approved specifications.
- The provider should comply with the approved & written conditions & specifications in the offer, and in case that the provided materials is not identical with approved specifications they will be denied, and the provider should provide another materials that identical with approved specifications and the provider should defray all the additional wages upon.
- In case of contract breach by the provider, it will be resorted to the Iraqi courts, & will defray all the wages upon.
The closing date of this bidding will be at the end of the formal work time on Wednesday 2/11/2016 and the offers should be delivered within closed envelope signed by each provider & should be offered in the bidding box at the organization office at Baghdad – Al Mansour – 609/8/18, or sending the offers to the official email of the organization info@uimsiraq.org
