Under The Auspices of  The Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al- Abadi and in the presence of His Excellency The General Secretary of the Council of Ministers and the Head of Civilian Crises Management Cell Dr. Mahdi Al- Allak and His Excellency the Ambassador of The State of Kuwait to Iraq Mr. Salim Al- Zamanan and the Deputy of Minister of Health Dr. Hazaim Al- Jumaily and the General Director of NGO’s Department Mr. Mohammed Tahir Al- Tememi and the governor of Al- Anbar Mr. Ali Farhan and the governor of Salah Al- Din Mr. Ammar Jaber and Mr. Ahmed El- Kraiem the President of Governorate Council of Salah Al- Din, and The general directors of Health Departments (Al- Anbar, Salah Al- Din, Nineveh, Kirkuk) and representative of Kuwait Red Crescent Society Mr. Manhal Al- Anzi and Many personalities
