Position: Social Media and Digital Media Officer

Overall Objective of the Position:
To manage and enhance the organization’s presence on social media and digital platforms by producing high-quality content, implementing promotional campaigns, providing media coverage for events, and designing visual materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s social media platforms and publish daily content.
- Develop and implement a clear digital content strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Professionally photograph events (photos + videos).
- Produce diverse digital content including posts, visual materials, short videos, digital stories, and graphic designs.
- Document the organization’s activities and regularly archive media materials.
- Prepare monthly and annual content plans and schedule posts based on priorities and occasions.
- Coordinate with the organization’s departments and programs to cover activities and align media messages.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or relevant experience in media, digital marketing, or design.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital media and photography.
- Strong knowledge of design and video editing software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure and work as part of a team.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position according to the organization’s official working hours, with the possibility of working outside standard hours in exceptional cases (such as major events or urgent media coverage).
