As part of the “Comprehensive Support for Returnees from Abroad” project, with support from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and under the supervision of the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, the Iraqi Unified Medical Society continues to implement vocational training activities in Baghdad Governorate.

During May, the Society conducted the first two training sessions: one in women’s hairdressing and the other in men’s hairdressing. These sessions were held after beneficiaries were referred through the National Referral Program.

This activity is part of efforts to support sustainable livelihoods and empower returnees economically, thereby enhancing their integration into society and fostering self-reliance.
