At the end of her mission in Iraqi, Ms. Lise Grande met the president of UIMS
By the date 2/3/2018 the president of the United Iraqi Medical Society (UIMS) Dr. Ahmed Al-Hiti met Ms. Lise Grande American Deputy Special Representive of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) where he praised the great humanitarian support provided by Ms. Lise Grande to Iraq and especially to the province of Mosul and the rest of the provinces that have recently been liberated from terrorism, also he presented her the Special Shield of the Organization in recognition of her efforts in restabilization and support for the liberated provinces.
The United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development, its one of the local NGOs working in Iraq since 2004 in response to support IDPs and Refugees in multi humanitarian sectors and it is a strong and accredited partner to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI).
